“A beautiful and sophisticated retail destination for world-class luxury shopping, dining and entertainment”, The Shops at Riverside is one of the most up scale malls in the nation.  Bloomingdale’s engaged E.C. Provini Co., Inc. as a Construction Manager for a complete renovation to the Cosmetics, Fragrances, Fine Jewelry, Men’s, Women’s Shoes and Handbags departments.  The overall Budget was $15 million as entire departments were temporarily relocated while reconstruction of those departments took place behind barricade walls over 4 separate phases. The elevator’s and escalators were also completely rebuilt.  The store was kept 100% open during this work and the project was completed on time and on budget.
